Shipping costs

For Economy-Post orders below a value of CHF 100.- within Switzerland, shipping costs of CHF 10.- apply. All Economy Post orders within Switzerland with a value of goods of CHF 100 or more are free of shipping costs. A-Priority Post orders within Switzerland always incur shipping costs of CHF 13.-.

For orders with delivery outside Switzerland, the shipping costs vary depending on weight and volume. Shipping is done with DHL International. The shipping costs are calculated at the end of the order process before the order is completed.

In-Person Pick-Up:
You are welcome to pick up your ordered products during your visit to the Emma Kunz Center—shipping costs will be waived. Simply select the in-person pick-up option at the end of the checkout process.

For your convenience and to make things easier for everyone, we recommend purchasing products directly at the museum ticket desk during opening hours if you plan to pick them up in person. This helps keep the process simple and reduces administrative effort.
