Shipping costs

Shipping within Switzerland (including Liechtenstein):
Standard shipping: CHF 10.– for orders under CHF 100.–, free of charge for orders of CHF 100.– or more.
Delivery typically within 2 working days.
Express shipping: CHF 13.– (regardless of order value). Delivery typically on the next working day.

Shipping outside Switzerland:
For orders with delivery outside Switzerland, the shipping costs vary depending on weight and volume. Shipping is done with DHL International. The shipping costs are calculated at the end of the order process before the order is completed. Any customs duties and handling fees that may apply are the full responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is refused by the recipient due to import duties, customs charges or handling fees and returned to the sender, Emma Kunz Zentrum reserves the right to invoice the customer for the shipping costs incurred as well as any additional handling or return fees.

In-Person Pick-Up:
You may collect your ordered products during a visit to the Emma Kunz Zentrum; in this case, no shipping costs apply. The option for self-collection can be selected at the end of the ordering process.

Please note that, for simplicity, we recommend not placing an online order if you plan to collect your items. Instead, you may purchase the desired products directly at the museum shop during opening hours. This helps reduce administrative effort.
