General Terms and Condition (“GTC“)
Conclusion of contract
The contract of sale is concluded upon acceptance of the order by Emma Kunz Zentrum, Steinbruchstrasse 5, CH-5436 Würenlos. In the case of orders placed by telephone, the order confirmation shall be made by telephone. In the case of written orders by order form, letter or email, acceptance of the order is effected by execution of the delivery. Our offers are subject to change.
Prices
The prices displayed in the online shop at the time of the order shall apply. All prices are stated in CHF and include statutory VAT. Delivery within Switzerland to private individuals is free of charge for orders over CHF 100.00 (gross). For orders below this amount, shipping and packaging costs of CHF 10.00 (or CHF 13.00 for posters, size 70 × 100 cm, rolled) will be charged. Errors, misprints, and price changes remain reserved. International deliveries to private individuals are calculated based on volumetric weight and shipping zones. Since the flat rate only covers part of the actual shipping costs, Emma Kunz Zentrum bears the remaining packaging and delivery costs.

Delivery and delivery time within Switzerland
Orders are usually dispatched within two days of receipt, typically within 48 hours. No deliveries are made on public holidays. There is no entitlement to delivery at a specific time or within a specific deadline. If items are temporarily unavailable, partial deliveries are made within Switzerland only. For orders under CHF 100.00, shipping costs are charged only once, even for partial deliveries. Delivery is carried out mainly via DHL, Swiss Post or other carriers.
International delivery and delivery time
Orders are usually dispatched within two days (approx. 48 hours). No deliveries are made on public holidays. There is no entitlement to delivery within a specific timeframe. If items are unavailable, the order is held and the customer is contacted by email. AION A and cosmetic products are delivered within the EU. All other products are generally shipped worldwide. However, in exceptional cases, Emma Kunz Zentrum reserves the right to restrict delivery to certain countries or decline orders. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination country. Delivery is carried out via DHL International or another express courier. Any customs duties and handling fees that may apply are to be borne by the recipient. If a shipment is refused by the recipient due to import duties, customs charges or handling fees and returned to the sender, Emma Kunz Zentrum reserves the right to invoice the customer for the shipping costs incurred as well as any additional handling or return fees.
Objection period
Sales contracts are binding for the seller if no objection is made within 24 hours of receipt. An objection is only admissible if the content of the contract deviates from the agreement made.
Receipt of goods
The goods received shall be checked by the recipient for completeness and correctness. External damage to consignments must be confirmed by the bearer on delivery. Complaints received later than seven days after receipt of the consignment cannot be accepted.
Returns
Returns must be carefully packed and handed over within Switzerland by post or directly to the Emma Kunz Centre on site. Returns must be franked. Postage will be refunded if the complaint is justified.
Method of payment / terms of payment
Credit card payment, PayPal or TWINT.
Invoice with payment deadline 30 days within Switzerland and FL:
The invoice shall be settled within 30 days by net payment without deduction. Emma Kunz Zentrum reserves the right to no longer supply a defaulting customer or to only deliver the goods with advance payment by credit card, PayPal or TWINT.
Advance payments by bank transfer: For first orders with an order value of more than CHF 600.00, we deliver with direct payment by credit card, PayPal or TWINT.
The method of payment and the terms of payment are specified on the invoice itself. In the event of late payment, we are entitled to charge interest on arrears and reminder fees. The defaulting customer is obliged to bear all costs of a collection agency or lawyer commissioned by us.
Retention of title
The delivered goods shall remain the property of Emma Kunz Zentrum until all claims have been paid in full.
Data protection
Personal data is protected through appropriate technical and organizational measures. Data is used exclusively for processing orders, providing services, informational purposes (e.g., newsletters), maintaining and analyzing customer data. Data is only shared with third parties if necessary for contract fulfillment (e.g., shipping providers). No data is sold for advertising purposes. All personal data is handled confidentially in accordance with Swiss data protection law. Newsletters are sent irregularly (approx. every 4 months) and only with the recipient’s explicit consent. Unsubscription is possible at any time via the link provided.
Severability clause
Should individual provisions of the contract be invalid, or should the contract contain a loophole, the validity of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by the respective statutory provisions.
Amendment of contract
Emma Kunz Zentrum reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The Customer shall be informed in writing of any changes to the GTC in a suitable form. The administration of Emma Kunz Zentrum shall provide information about the current GTC.
Place of performance and jurisdiction
Swiss law is applicable to the present contractual relationship. The place of performance and jurisdiction for all legal disputes arising in connection with this agreement shall be the competent court for the respective registered office of Emma Kunz Zentrum. However, Emma Kunz Zentrum is also entitled to assert its claims at its own discretion at the place of residence or place of business of the Customer.
